The Balanced Dancer e-gift voucher (Gift Voucher) is a fabulous gift idea for any occasion and is so easy to order… you can pop in your desired voucher value in our Contact form and we will be in touch with you to customise the voucher and deliver the Gift Voucher to your email inbox within 24 hours of details being provided!

All The Balanced Dancer Gift Vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:

• Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.

• All services by The Balanced Dancer are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Reservations using a Gift Voucher must be made via the contact options on the Contact Us page. The Gift Voucher number must be quoted at the time of making the initial booking. This notifies The Balanced Dancer of the intention to use the Gift Voucher towards the booking.

• Acceptance of the Gift Voucher quoted on a reservation as payment is subject to final verification by The Balanced Dancer upon receipt of the booking.

• Gift Vouchers may be used for payment of the dance services only for the service nominated on the voucher. 

• Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, The Balanced Dancer will require payment for the difference and this must be paid as per the booking terms and conditions.

• A copy of the email containing the Gift Voucher must be presented to The Balanced Dancer upon presentation for the initial lesson.  If the Gift Voucher cannot be produced upon initial lesson, then payment must be made for the lesson booked. In this instance the Gift Voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).

• Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee, an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).

• Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Gift Voucher.

Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Gift Voucher are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
